  • Participants will form their own teams and be grouped together at tables and fill up a google docs spreadsheet which can be found here.

2.00pm Hackathon kicks off

  • We will be using Twitter with #startupasia as a form of common communication with participants. Evangelists and event organizers will be at the hacking hall to help anyone who needs assistance.
3.00 – 4.35pm APIs and platform briefing while hacking

  • 3.00 – 3.15pm API brief: Kota Games
  • 3.16 – 3.26pm API brief: Softlayer
  • 3.27 – 3.37pm API brief: Cacoo
  • 3.38 – 3.43pm API brief: Vserv

8.15 – 8.25pm Sharing Session – Intel – New developer initiatives from Intel.
8.25 – 8.40pm Biznet Contests: Short presentation on Technovillage and services. Short Q&As and prizes giveaway
11.00pm+ Coffee, food, and snacks, courtesy of all our sponsors
1.00am+ Movie, comedy shows, games

Day 2: Oct 14, 2012 (Sunday)

7.00am Yummy breakfast with coffee (while hacking, if you’re still awake!)
10.00am Pitch briefing and clinic. Teams should be wrapping up and preparing for 90 seconds pitch.
10.30am End and pitch hacks (90 seconds) to various sponsor who proposed the challenge you’re most interested to take part in.

  • All sponsors will select up to 50 worthy teams to present on main stage to compete for the top 3 hacks.
12.00pm Lunch
1.30 – 3.00pm Arena 1 – About 25 teams to pitch

  • Q&A and comments from judges, if any, will be done via Twitter at hashtag #startupasia
3.00 – 3.10pm Break
3.10 – 4.45pm Arena 2 – About 25 teams to pitch

  • Q&A and comments from judges, if any, will be done via Twitter at hashtag #startupasia
4.45 – 5.15pm Break
5.15 – 6.00pm Prize presentation, closing remarks
